Certifications

Living Inquiries Facilitator - I spent two years training in the Living Inquiries program, a process created by Scott Kiloby and Fiona Robertson and went through a rigorous certification process in 2015. Rewilder Guide ~ I trained in this 3 Principles based 6 month program with Rohini and Angus Ross and was certified in 2023.  In this program I continued to explore a more gentle path, deepening the trust of my inner wisdom voice, allowing vulnerability and exposure in a large group setting, as well as continued to grow professional skill sets around continuing to offer this work to my clients.

Hi, I'm Kelley Duilio.

My passion is living a creative, heart-centered life. My journey began in caregiving for my father's home care business, where I discovered a love for genuine human connection. After my mother's passing during my final year at Oberlin College, I embarked on an inner journey exploring meditation, mindfulness, and innate wellness. During those years of intensive inner exploration I created and ran my own green cleaning and home organizing business. For the past decade, I've managed and created a unique multi-unit property in SW Portland, cultivating a peaceful healing community. During this time, I've also offered mindful coaching sessions to clients on an as-needed basis. www.kelleyduilio.org

My passions include making homes feel cozy, connective, vibrant, and fun. I  have 3 whimsical cats who fill my life with that extra touch of joy and love.  I also engage in abstract art and sewing and gardening, all of these activities help balance and ground my life. I find joy in weaving my personal passions into my work with Gratitude and Grace Consulting.

As a friend, and someone who has worked closely with Kelley Duilio for the last 5 years, I have witnessed the ways in which she brings value to her work. Kelley has a sense of clarity about her that is reflected in her ability to sensitively move in situations requiring complicated factors and personal needs. She is trustworthy, detail oriented, caring, open minded and compassionate. I highly recommend her high quality services.   Ron Ambes

Her warmth and sincere interest in others make her a great companion, helper, and support person.  Tom Mattox

After my wife died, time passed, and I was doing okay, but not well.  The physical manifestation of my condition was all of her old stuff, still in place, increasingly surrounded by my new stuff, in an ever decreasing state of orderliness. It wasn’t right, but even though I could do everything else in my life fairly well, I couldn’t unstick myself. I was stuck. I needed help.

I heard about Gratitude Assistance, and it wasn’t even that I decided to take a chance.  I knew with certainty that my problems were solvable, but I had the proof of history that I wasn’t going to solve them alone.  In talking with Kelley, I could sense that this was a person who would be practical in approaching the problems of organizing and decluttering, and yet understood my emotional attachments, and triggers.

My initial feelings have proved to be accurate. Kelley has gone beyond the ordinary, when it was necessary to help me both to let go and to understand when it’s okay to hold on.  She’s helped me pass on a truckload of stuff I didn’t want or need and in most cases find good places to donate the special stuff that deserved special treatment.

I’m not one to seek counseling. However, talking things over with Kelley while we work - I can do that. I have found her to be someone worth talking to.  Someone who has good listening skills, and someone with genuine insight.

Over the last few months working with Gratitude Assistance I have cleaned and fixed up my house and life.  Working together we have restored my house and in a genuine sense my whole life, to the welcoming and comfortable place that is was and should be.  I’ve even newly found a new romantic partner, and I feel the work that Kelley and I did helped open up space within my home and myself to help invite this in.

Kelley is a genuinely kind person, but she’s not a pushover. She requires that you step up and engage, but if you do, she will support you.  She is smart, she has strong organizing skills, and she’s willing to work hard if you are.

My experience working with Gratitude Assistance has been among the best experiences working with anyone I have ever had.  The benefit our collaboration has given me is tremendous. It’s hard for me to imagine how anyone could have helped me better.

   Sincerely,

     Tim Brandon, September 14th, 2022.

Kelley and I have been meeting once a week for the past several months for our creative chats, and creative they have been! In the past 3 years I have lost both of my grown children to cancer.  I, myself, have over 40 years experience of either listening to and supporting others.  Nevertheless, I am learning how I have been blindsided by my own grief.  The chats with Kelley have enabled me to rediscover the light within and the courage to share both the dark and the light.  Kelley is and lives every word she has written on her website. In life, "change is the name of the game." Kelley knows this, and I know that she knows this, and she knows that I know this. So we never know which way life might move, but by meeting and chatting we are finding gratitude for life in all its forms.  Our meetings are planned, but damn near anything can emerge in our heart to heart chats.  Chatting with Kelley is a unique experience that I would wish for everyone.  Eddie D.

Kelley, in a session, moved me from deep pain from a hurtful situation to seeing the many layers behind that particular situation; I call this 'thinking in layers' which allows a person to see 4, 5 even 6 layers beyond the 'initial' thought/pain/moment. This was extremely helpful for that day- for that moment via that session. And ongoing- Kelley's sessions where she pushes you into deeper layers of processing, teaches us how to think deeper in all situations; this result is a higher level of awareness, more empathy which in turn- leads to internal and external peace in my life. I encourage you to call Kelley in any situation, not just to help you get through that 'tough moment', but also to gain skills essential in living a better life for you and those around you.   Mikal D.
